We rely on a single standpipe, carrying water on our heads, with water available for only\u00a0<strong>4 to 5 hours a day<\/strong>. This shortage makes everyday tasks exhausting and\u00a0<strong>puts children, the elderly, and vulnerable residents at risk of poor hygiene and waterborne diseases<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Our goal is to\u00a0<strong>secure a reliable water supply for our community<\/strong>\u00a0by piping clean water from our local spring directly into the district and constructing a\u00a0<strong>water distribution tank<\/strong>\u00a0to ensure consistent and equitable access for all residents.<\/p><p>We are\u00a0<strong>seeking technical, financial, and community support<\/strong>\u00a0to help make this vision a reality. However, it&#8217;s in-need a major renovation.<\/p><p>The purpose of the site visit was to assess the situation by establishing what is in existence, needed renovation, and what does exist today.<\/p><p>Next step is to identify a clear pathway to run the pipeline without a need to implement a water-pump in order to minimize cost<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
